Skinned Application: Commander Keen 1 
It was made rather badly, but it's supposed to make the Keen sprite in Keen 1 look like the sprite in Keens 4, 5, and 6.

on 05.24.06		 It's the same ugly sprite that's in The Four Golden Crystals by the same author.
