Boy, has this one been around for a long time! This was the first graphic skin I ever saw for Commander Keen.
In any case, it's kind of annoying because the Vorticon sprites are twice as wide as Keen's and so many parts of the levels are now inaccesible. The whole Military thing is a cool idea, though.
