I'm giving RKP2 an 8.5 because of the things that Xtraverse, the site host already mentioned, but we must also say that RKP2 is a well-done, really fine game. It has a magic somewhat similar (though not the same) as the original Commander Keen games, and makes you play it until you beat it (for the first time). A really amazing work from therealdopefish, definately one of the best Keen-fan programmers of all times. (Of course there are others, too)
