Commander Keen recieves a clue that Mortimer might be in Torgopolis, so he heads off to confront, fight and Kill him. But he is disappointed not to find his evil foe. It is a hoax. (That is due to a technical problem with the finale!) He must storm his way through a branch of Eat At Joe's, dodging cunning Robots and Flying Saucers!
