In episode 1, aliens from Vorticon VI learn about Billy Blaze, the eight year-old genius, and plot his destruction. While he is vacationing on Mars, the aliens hide his spaceship parts in random cities on Mars. Commander Keen must recover his ship parts to make it back home in time before his parents do!
